Ingredients:
2 pints strawberries
2 cups plain yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom or cinnamon

- Puree the strawberries, yogurt, orange juice, sugar, water, and ground cardamom in batches in a food processor or blender until smooth
